Job summary

A global biotherapeutics leader is seeking a Commercial Lead & Associate Director to maximize revenue from its portfolio and develop long-term relationships with clients. The role involves achieving revenue targets, managing tender bids, and creating sales growth opportunities. Candidates should have at least 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably in MENA, and be fluent in English, with additional languages being a benefit. Willingness to travel is essential.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of sales and marketing experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company in the Middle East and/or North Africa region.
  • Fluency in English with Arabic and/or French being a benefit.
  • Willingness to travel (30‑50% of working time).

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual revenue targets and explore additional revenue opportunities.
  • Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and yearly financial budgets.
  • Manage tender administration and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Build and maintain effective long‑term relationships with key market stakeholders.
  • Develop long‑term business plans and provide input to marketing strategies.
