Job Overview

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the company's brand presence across all channels, with a strong focus on social media. This role is crucial in ensuring consistent brand messaging, increasing customer engagement, and maintaining a strong market position in the lighting industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market positioning and increase awareness.
  • Creative Direction: Oversee the creation of marketing materials and social media content to align with brand guidelines.
  • Social Media Management: Lead the social media strategy, creating engaging content and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Market Research: Conduct consumer and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with the design and social media teams.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure a unified brand message across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Qualifications
