We’re hiring an Operations Manager to help us scale a fast‑growing financial services media company based in Dubai.

The Financial Planner Life is a podcast‑first, video‑first media company working at the heart of the UK’s financial planning profession.

We partner with financial planners and product providers to create powerful branded media that attracts clients, builds trust and grows teams. From podcast series and YouTube content to docustories and paid partnerships, our work helps brands communicate clearly, creatively and consistently.

We’ve proven the model ourselves. Our flagship show The Financial Planner Life Podcast has built a highly engaged niche audience, secured major partnerships and opened the door to new commercial and creative opportunities.

We are already a standout brand in the financial planning space and now we are scaling.

We need a highly organised Operations Manager in Dubai to help us build the systems and structure behind our next chapter.

The Role

You will work directly with our founder Sam Oakes to run the operational side of a growing media company. From automation and funnel marketing to production timelines and client onboarding you will build the engine that powers everything behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build out operational systems from scratch including CRM (HubSpot or GoHighLevel), project management, marketing automation and lead capture
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Zapier and integrated tools to streamline onboarding, outreach and internal communication
  • Manage media production workflows across podcasts, YouTube series, docustories and branded partnerships
  • Set up and deliver webinars and online courses including landing pages, email sequences and backend build‑outs (such as Kajabi)
  • Drive lead generation strategies, create marketing funnels and grow a clean responsive email database
  • Oversee client operations from quoting and invoicing to scheduling and after‑sales care
  • Coordinate a team of videographers, editors, designers, copywriters and freelancers
  • Maintain our marketing rhythm through regular email campaigns, newsletters and social scheduling
  • Free up Sam’s time to focus on client strategy, product development and brand partnerships
About You
  • Based in Dubai or open to relocating from the UK
  • Have proven experience in an operational marketing or media operations role – this is not a trainee position
  • Are confident building systems from scratch and improving them as we grow
  • Have worked in or with a creative or media agency and understand media production flows
  • Have delivered lead generation campaigns and built effective data‑driven marketing funnels
  • Are experienced with tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zapier and Kajabi
  • Have launched webinars and online courses and know how to manage every moving part
  • Are fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Are a highly organised, self‑directed operator who thrives in fast‑moving creative environments
