Main purpose of the job

To assist with and support the operational implementation of marketing plans and initiatives aimed at revenue optimisation and effectively establishing Mediclinic as the preferred healthcare brand in the UAE market.

Key responsibility areas
  • Conduct market research to understand local demographics, competitor activity, and patient needs in the assigned region
  • Support in developing and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, and experiential) to promote Mediclinic’s services and attract new patients
  • Develop the Marketing calendar for the cluster and create compelling content (e.g., brochures, social media posts, website content) that resonates with the local audience and supports campaign objectives
  • Manage stakeholder relationships through regular communication on progress related to delivery on marketing strategies and achievement of set objectives
  • Organise and manage local marketing events, such as health fairs and educational seminars, to raise awareness and generate leads
  • Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Support the management of doctor onboarding and promotion of practice opportunities
Education

Required Education: ESSENTIAL EDUCATION — Diploma or relevant equivalent qualification in Marketing

Desired Education: A relevant bachelor’s degree or Healthcare Management Degree

Experience

Required Experience: ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE — At least 2-3 years in a marketing position within the healthcare industry or medical insurance industry or as a medical representative; Experienced with organising CME events

Desired Experience: Relevant marketing, medical representative, or sales experience in a healthcare environment with the UAE

  • Apply procedure; requirements; regulations; or policies related to marketing and public relations in the production of work, unit outputs or results
