We are seeking a creative, hands‑on, and results‑driven Marketing Manager & Events Coordinator to execute marketing initiatives and manage brand events across our group of companies. The successful candidate will play a dual role – leading marketing campaigns that drive visibility and business growth, while planning and coordinating high‑impact events, launches, and brand activations that strengthen market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Responsibilities
- Execute marketing strategies in alignment with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
- Launch and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business units.
- Develop marketing materials, digital content, and promotional assets for various platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Drive lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness through digital and CRM channels.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand identity across all marketing communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution and creative development.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation for maximum ROI.
Event Coordination Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, and brand activations.
- Handle all event logistics including venue selection, setup, vendor management, and on‑site coordination.
- Develop event marketing materials, invitations, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure event objectives align with business goals.
- Oversee post‑event follow‑ups, feedback collection, and performance reporting.
- Maintain an annual event calendar and ensure timely execution within allocated budgets.
Skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 4–6 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2 years managing events.
- Proven experience executing digital campaigns, social media initiatives, and brand activations.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and vendor coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of brand presentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
