At SENSASIA Spas, marketing is at the heart of how we connect with our guests, showcase our award-winning experiences, and grow our brand across the region. As our in-house marketing lead, you’ll manage everything from day-to-day communications to seasonal campaigns, ensuring SENSASIA’s voice is consistently premium yet playful.
This is not a basic marketing role. We’re looking for a savvy, strategic marketer who is comfortable working with data, measuring performance, and optimizing campaigns based on metrics. You will take ownership of marketing across all touchpoints, from EDMs and social media to in-spa activations and retail launches, while consistently tracking KPIs to ensure measurable business impact.

SENSASIA Spas is scaling both brand awareness and revenue across the region. You will be the driver behind communications and campaigns that turn ideas into bookings, voucher sales, and retail revenue, ensuring every initiative is aligned with clear data-driven objectives.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities
Campaigns & Strategy
- Plan and execute seasonal promotions, retail launches, partnerships, and key media moments.
- Develop clear campaign timelines and ensure all creative and communication assets are delivered on time.
- Align campaigns with business objectives and operational realities.
Content & CRM
- Write premium, brand-aligned copy for EDMs, WhatsApp, SMS, press, social, and in-spa communications.
- Build and optimize automated flows in Klaviyo (or similar CRM): welcome, lapsed guest reactivation, post-treatment upsells, birthdays, and voucher funnels.
- Segment databases strategically to maximize conversion and retention.
Retail & Vouchers
- Lead marketing for gift vouchers and retail products, including launch packs, sleeves, and POS.
- Track weekly sell-through and redemption data, providing insights and actionable recommendations to increase revenue and AOV.
PR & Partnerships
- Coordinate with PR agencies, hotels, product houses, and influencers.
- Draft press releases, manage media trials, and maintain relationships to maximize coverage.
In-Spa Marketing
- Ensure posters, menus, tent cards, and mirror stickers are up to date and on brand.
- Work closely with spa managers and front-of-house teams to activate campaigns seamlessly.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor performance across channels, campaigns, and automations.
- Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and ROI analysis.
- Track and own key KPIs, such as voucher sales, campaign-attributed bookings, EDM performance, retail sell-through, and social engagement.
KPIs That Matter
You will be evaluated on your ability to strategize and deliver measurable growth across:
- Bookings: Campaign-attributed bookings and CAC efficiency.
- Vouchers: Revenue growth, redemption window adherence, upsell attach rates.
- Retail: Sell-through rates and AOV uplift during pushes.
- EDMs: Open rates, CTR, unsubscribe rates, and flow-driven revenue uplift.
- In-Spa Activations: Timely, accurate rollouts with zero stock-outs or delays.
- Reporting: Monthly decks with actionable insights.

Skills
Skills & Attributes
- 4–7 years of consumer marketing experience (spa, beauty, wellness, or hospitality preferred).
- Excellent copywriting skills and fluency in brand voice.
- Hands-on CRM expertise, ideally Klaviyo, with segmentation and automation experience.
- Strong reporting and analytics skills, comfortable with GA4, UTM tracking, and dashboards.
- Proactive, resourceful, and detail-obsessed with strong project management skills.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
Nice-to-Haves
- Basic design ability using Canva.
- Light HTML for EDM blocks.
- Familiarity with spa/hospitality POS and CRM systems.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns or PR coordination.
