Job Description

As Marketing & Communications Executive, you’ll be the creative storyteller behind our brand shaping messages that engage and inspire.

Working closely with the Cluster Director of Marketing and Communications, you’ll develop and deliver impactful campaigns that build connections and drive results. From crafting compelling content to analyzing performance, you’ll play a key role in growing our brand’s presence.

Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles
  • Creative mindset: innovative, resourceful, and able to think outside the box
  • Proficiency in design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience in PR, media relations and collaborations is preferred
  • Ability to adapt brand messages across different platforms and audiences
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, F&B, and sales teams
  • Strong time management skills, especially during high-demand periods or multiple project rollouts
  • Background in hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, or travel industry is an added advantage.
