A leading automotive company is seeking a DND Market Section Manager in Dubai to manage dealer relationships, oversee onboarding, and enhance the customer experience. This role involves collaborating with internal teams for network transformation while ensuring compliance with operational standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in network development and a strong understanding of the automotive retail environment. Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a plus. A valid driver's license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience in network development or business management, preferably in automotive.
• Strong understanding of retail environment standards.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Project management skills are a must.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealer onboarding and franchise agreements.
• Lead facility relocation and consolidation initiatives.
• Serve as the point of contact for dealer development matters.
• Collaborate with Nissan Middle East teams.
• Project manage the NRC transformation and provide feedback.
• Conduct regular audits and training for dealers.
