About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager of Human Capital to join Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Drive continuous improvement, leadership development, and productivity across departments through effective HR initiatives and collaboration.
  • Manage HR budgeting, reporting, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate monitoring of P&L and strategic resource allocation.
  • Champion employee engagement, recognition, and development through training, performance management, and talent programs aligned with Jumeirah’s culture.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, UAE labor laws, and internal standards while maintaining strong communication, colleague well-being, and workplace quality.
  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and organizational development to ensure optimal staffing, efficiency, and readiness for future growth
  • Lead and support the HR team by enhancing their knowledge, skills, and best practices while ensuring alignment with regional HR strategy and business objectives.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • ABachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or any other relevant field
  • Professional qualifications/certification in field of Human Resources Management.
  • MBA or other postgraduate education in the related area.
  • Level A and B qualified in British Psychological Society
  • Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Advanced)
