About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager – High Value Client Relations to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Oversee the end-to-end handling of UHNWI and high value leads from all channels, ensuring timely responses, accurate reservations, and consistent service across all touchpoints.
  • Drive revenue through proactive and reactive conversion initiatives, including follow-up strategies that increase lead conversion, reduce cancellations, and maximize upsell and ancillary spend.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive client cases, delivering effective solutions that protect client trust and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Private Clients, Ambassador Program, Jumeirah One, GSO, marketing, and property teams to secure personalized offers, VIP arrangements, and seamless service delivery.
  • Lead and develop the High Value Client Support Team to achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets, with a strong focus on high-value bookings across suites, villas, and the wider Jumeirah portfolio.
  • Establish strong operational governance by implementing SOPs, training the team on key systems, ensuring brand and data compliance, and delivering clear performance reporting on conversion, upsell, and service outcomes.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, UHNWI relationship management, luxury travel advisory, luxury concierge, or high-value client engagement services such as real estate.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed stretched sales targets through a client-centric, commercially driven approach.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with high emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and discretion when engaging UHNWI clients.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM and reservation systems including Opera Cloud, Synxis, SevenRooms, and Salesforce, with the ability to analyse booking trends, conversion, and upselling performance to inform commercial strategies.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage (Arabic, French, Russian, or Mandarin).
