The Opportunity

As the Manager - Frontend Engineering, you will lead a talented team of frontend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences. This role combines technical expertise with leadership to shape vision, strategy, and execution of frontend solutions. You will collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performance user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing frontend team. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture focused on growth and delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Define and maintain best practices for frontend development, including coding standards, architecture, and testing. Oversee technical decisions and review code for quality.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements and timelines. Drive feature implementation and improvements aligned with business goals. Own the team's roadmap and improve development processes.
• Collaboration & Communication: Act as liaison between frontend team and stakeholders. Ensure seamless integration with backend systems. Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively.
• Technology Trends: Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends, applying them to foster innovation. Ensure compliance with QHSE, security, privacy, and governance policies.
