Job summary

A leading financial services firm is seeking a Temporary Manager Financial Reporting for 6 months, with potential for extension based on performance. The role focuses on statutory reporting and compliance, requiring 3-5 years of audit experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm, and real estate experience is mandatory. A CA, CPA, or ACCA qualification is advantageous. This position entails detailed review of financial statements and group consolidation.

Qualifications

Job description

We need to hire for replacement of Manager Financial Reporting (Temporary role) initially for 6 months (extendable based on performance and business requirements). Please see the job description below. The main focus of the role will be statutory reporting and compliance including the following:

• Detailed review standalone financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and disclosures. Summarize Balance sheet schedules in a structured way to be presented to senior management. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. In-depth understanding of IFRS Hands on experience on Group reporting and consolidation.

Other info:

• Contract duration: 6 months renewable. Job location – Jebel Ali. Need to have 3 – 5 years audit experience (has worked in any audit firm, ideally Big 4).
• CA / CPA / ACCA – will be an advantage.
• Real Estate experience is mandatory. The role is purely reporting based, with hands on experience in group consolidation & reporting.
