Job summary

A global hospitality leader in Dubai is seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily People & Culture operations, assist with recruitment activities, and maintain accurate HR data. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and are fresh graduates or have 1–2 years of internship experience. Qualifications

Job Description
  • Support daily People & Culture operations, including employee records, onboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment activities such? such as CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate learning and development activities, trainings, and Accor learning initiatives.
  • Support visa, insurance, and employee lifecycle processes in line with local regulations.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, recognition programs, and Heartist activities.
  • Assist with employee relations matters and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, trackers, and basic reports.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and internal HR reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with P&C leadership and hotel departments.
  • Demonstrate strong learning agility, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
