Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Operate construction machinery such as loaders, compactors, mixers, or similar equipment
• Perform daily machine inspections, safety checks, and basic maintenance
• Follow site instructions, work plans, and safety procedures
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment on construction sites
• Report mechanical issues, breakdowns, or safety hazards immediately
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and safety officers
• Maintain accurate operation logs and checklists
• Support material handling and site preparation activities
• Maintain clean and safe work areas around operating machinery

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in construction or industrial environments
