Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, fine‑tune and deploy machine learning solutions (LLMs, predictive models) for enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate with data engineers and product owners to shape data pipelines and ML workflows.
• Optimize models for efficiency, accuracy and real‑time performance.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation, iterating based on metrics and business needs.
• Champion responsible AI practices including fairness, transparency and security.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in machine learning, AI or data science.
• Strong background in large language models, NLP or generative AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• A Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related field is highly desirable.
