Frequent travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar multi-store roles.
• Proven background in the luxury retail sector is a must.
• Strong team leadership and retail operations expertise.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Availability to travel frequently across the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and budget targets.
• Manage, motivate, and support Boutique Managers and in-store teams.
• Provide on-the-ground operational training and daily support to sales teams.
• Oversee boutique operations and stock management.
• Coordinate local brand activations and marketing initiatives.
