Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of assigned guestroom floors.
• Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Monitor and guide Room Attendants.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Train and support housekeeping staff.
• Ensure adequate stock levels of supplies.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues.
• Enforce proper use of housekeeping equipment.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering.
• Assist in planning staff schedules.
