• Previous experience in a high volume internationally recognised luxury hotel chain.
• A few years in a similar position is required.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand guest needs and deliver superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe operation of the Fitness Suites.
• Supervise and assist Fitness Suite users, including machine usage.
• Communicate efficiently with the Fitness Team.
• Perform daily checks on fitness equipment and cleanliness.
• Report injuries and maintenance issues to management.
