Job Title: Low Impact Fitness Instructor

Location: Al Faseel, Fujairah, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time (Fixed Term - 2 years) Contract

Working Hours: 48 hours per week (8 hours per day excluding meal break)

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and certified Fitness Instructor to lead low-intensity, full-body group classes combining rowing, TRX, resistance bands, and bodyweight training. You will guide clients of all levels to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance, and flexibility while fostering a supportive, engaging, and motivating environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design, create, and deliver dynamic group classes incorporating rowing, TRX, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises.
  • Provide modifications for all fitness levels to ensure safe and effective participation.
  • Teach proper rowing and TRX techniques, focusing on form, safety, and performance.
  • Develop creative, balanced workout routines, including interval training and functional movements.
  • Update class curricula based on trends, participant needs, and best practices.
  • Track client progress, provide individual feedback, and motivate participants toward fitness goals.
  • Ensure proper setup, use, and maintenance of fitness equipment.
  • Assist with class scheduling, registration, studio upkeep, and client engagement strategies.
Requirements
  • Valid certifications in Rowing (e.g., UCanRow2, IndoRow) and TRX Suspension Training.
  • Proven experience instructing group fitness classes, preferably in rowing and suspension training.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Strong verbal communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
  • High personal fitness level and ability to demonstrate exercises.
  • Passion for health and fitness with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Experience in indoor and outdoor class settings is a plus.
