Wanna join the adventure The Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth planning, execution and documentation of inbound and outbound shipments. This role requires deep familiarity with customs compliance and aerospace‑grade handling while closely coordinating with cross‑functional teams such as procurement, production and external brokers. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive and thrives in a fast‑paced regulated environment.

About This Role

• Plan, execute and track all inbound and outbound shipments
• Manage delivery timelines and proactively flag any delays
• Ensure packaging meets compliance for fragile and sensitive hardware
• Maintain shipment logs, documentation records and cost reports
• Coordinate closely with procurement and production on shipment scheduling
• Handle discrepancy resolution and insurance claims (where relevant)
• Interface with customs brokers and logistics providers for timely clearance
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance for export/import

Must Haves

• 5 years of logistics experience in aerospace defense or high‑value hardware
• Expert‑level knowledge of shipping documentation and Incoterms
• Hands‑on experience with customs regulations in UAE, Europe and the US
• Familiarity with freight classification (HTS codes, CoO, dual‑use or export control)
• Detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, proactive communicator with strong discipline and willingness to learn
• Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination skills

Nice to Haves

• Understanding of ITAR, EAR or UAE export control equivalents
• Familiarity with space industry logistics or similar regulated goods
• Exposure to ERP systems like NetSuite for ASN or shipping coordination
• Ability to evaluate and improve freight vendor performance
• Familiarity with UAE warehouse regulatory norms
