Logistics Officer

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Logistics Officer to support the full logistics cycle for large‑scale EPC projects in the oil and gas industry. This role will manage material handling, shipping coordination, warehouse operations, and supply chain documentation to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Your Role

As Logistics Officer, you will:

• Coordinate all logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, customs clearance, delivery, and warehousing for EPC projects.
• Track and manage inbound/outbound materials, equipment, and consumables.
• Prepare logistics documentation: packing lists, BOLs, delivery notes, shipping manifests, and clearance papers.
• Work closely with procurement, project management, warehouse, and site teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Communicate with freight forwarders, transport companies, and suppliers to monitor shipment status.
• Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures, project requirements, and regional regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, material reports, and logistics logs.
• Support the planning of transportation routes and mobilization of equipment to project sites.
• Monitor material movement risks and coordinate mitigation plans.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics within EPC or oil & gas environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, customs regulations, and logistics documentation. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred. Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in fast‑paced project environments with shifting priorities.
