• Prepare and verify shipping and export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO).
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with export/import regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with warehouse for packing, labeling, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and logistics reports.
