Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and efficient supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to schedule and track deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Track shipments and update internal systems accordingly
- Resolve any issues or delays in delivery promptly
- Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and address any discrepancies
- Develop relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance
- Continuously look for ways to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and regulations
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
