A leading hotel group in Dubai is looking for a guest service professional. In this role, you will consistently offer friendly and engaging service, greet guests, and assist with inquiries about hotel facilities. The ideal candidate has previous guest service experience, strong communication skills, and a professional presentation. Knowledge of the Russian language is advantageous. Job Description
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Greet all guests as they enter and exit the hotel while ensuring service standards are followed
  • Engage in conversation with first time visitors, showing them the lobby and offering directions as required
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities and promotions in an informative and helpful way
  • To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
  • To follow all safety policies and procedures.
