Overview

The Role: Our client, a leading entity in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Lead for a short-term interim project based in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a professional with 7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with strong expertise in Performance Management frameworks and proven hands-on knowledge of SAP Performance Management Modules. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and executing performance management strategies, supporting organizational development, and driving a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee performance management processes aligned with organizational goals.
• Utilize the SAP Performance Management Module to enhance employee performance tracking, evaluation, and reporting.
• Conduct training needs analysis and design tailored L&D strategies.
• Partner with leadership to foster a high-performance culture and embed best practices.
• Deliver workshops, training sessions, and coaching for managers and employees on performance management methodologies.
• Monitor, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D and performance initiatives, recommending improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of proven experience in Learning & Development and Performance Management.
• Strong expertise in SAP Performance Management Module (mandatory).
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver performance management frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
