• Oversee and perform maintenance diagnostics and repairs on outboard and inboard marine motors with a focus on Mercury engines.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians assigning tasks and ensuring high-quality efficient service delivery.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic skills and tools to accurately identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance repairs and inspections on marine engines and related systems.
• Ensure all repair and maintenance activities are thoroughly documented and reported.
• Uphold and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations within the team.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries explaining repair processes and offering performance recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements tools and certifications.
