Lead / Specialist Construction Engineer

We are urgently looking for Lead / Specialist Construction Engineer for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.

Qualifications

• The candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful execution of complex construction activities in challenging marine environments.
• Supervise the execution of construction activities such as hookup, installation, and commissioning of offshore facilities.
• Develop and implement construction strategies and execution plans
• Provide engineering guidance to resolve construction-related challenges
• Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and participate in audits.
• Monitor construction progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and environmental requirement

Experience Required

• Minimum 15–20+ years of extensive experience in offshore oil and gas construction.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with regional regulations and offshore construction practices.
• PMC experience will be preferred
• Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
