Qualifications

• 10 years of enterprise IT application work, including 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps.
• 2 years of architecting/operating solutions on cloud service providers.
• 8 years of technology solutions development and cloud computing experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train and develop Solutions Architects and Solution Architecture Managers.
• Coach Solutions Architects for technical sessions to transfer skills.
• Formulate and execute a customer-focused strategy for AWS adoption.
