Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, and tender documentation.
• Draft and review contract documents.
• Assess costs and prepare financial forecasts.
• Ensure contract terms are met.
• Manage costs with Project and Commercial Managers.
• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
• Manage correspondence regarding contract variations.
• Evaluate vendor bids.
• Manage commercial claims.
• Calculate material and labor costs.
• Resolve contractual disputes before escalation.
• Prepare final accounts post-project completion.
