Job summary

A global engineering firm is seeking a highly experienced HSE Manager to lead Technical HSE activities for offshore projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects, specifically in brownfield platform settings. Knowledge of ADNOC Offshore HSE standards is crucial. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and handling incident investigations to maintain high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Offshore experience is mandatory, preferably in brownfield platform projects.
• ADNOC Offshore approval or eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Technical HSE activities for offshore projects.
• Develop and validate offshore demolition HSE procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore HSE standards.

Skills

Strong knowledge of ADNOC Offshore HSE standards and UAE regulations

Expertise in process safety, risk assessment, and safety-critical systems

Strong coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Safety / Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical preferred)

NEBOSH IGC / International Diploma (preferred)
