JWD Real Estate is a boutique real estate firm based in Dubai, focused on redefining client experience through transparency, efficiency, and results. With a growing presence in both off-plan and secondary markets, we’re now expanding our team to build stronger pipelines and generate quality leads through direct outreach. We are looking for a driven and confident Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact with potential clients—sparking interest, generating qualified leads, and booking appointments for our agents.

Tasks
  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and renters daily
  • Qualify and screen leads to ensure quality and intent
  • Log interactions and update CRM with lead information
  • Book appointments or follow-ups for our real estate agents
  • Work closely with the sales team to align strategy and messaging
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly lead generation targets
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other language is a plus)
  • A fearless and energetic attitude toward cold calling
  • Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred, but not required
  • Able to work independently with a proactive mindset
  • Must be based in Dubai and legally eligible to work
