Ideal candidates will have a degree in engineering and significant experience in leadership within the power sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leading large teams.
• Strong customer focus and result-oriented.
• Experience in the power sector (high voltage transformers, grid integration).
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Field Service Operations ensuring quality service delivery.
• Develop and manage competency matrix for the Field Service Network.
• Foster collaboration between factories and service units.
• Lead a team of field service engineers ensuring safety and quality.
