A global engineering firm in the UAE is seeking a Lead Engineer Construction for a PMC project. The role requires extensive experience in oil and gas, particularly within offshore construction. The successful candidate will manage construction activities throughout the project lifecycle, transitioning from office to fabrication yard to offshore site. Qualifications

• Minimum overall 18+ years of experience in Oil and Gas.
• At least five years of experience in a similar position for international projects.
• Experience in ADNOC Offshore projects is an added advantage.

Join our PMC team to work on an exciting project as a Lead Engineer Construction for a PMC project. You will be based in the office and later move to the Fabrication yard and eventually to the offshore site on a 6 weeks on/3 weeks off schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum overall 18+ years of experience in Oil and Gas.
• Strong experience in construction activities for the EPC phase of the project.
• At least five (5) years of experience in a similar position for international Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong expertise in all aspects of construction activities, especially in topside/island within offshore oil & gas sector.
• Experience in ADNOC Offshore projects is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a pre‑requisite for the role.
