Job summary

A leading landscaping firm is seeking a skilled Draftsman with at least 5 years of experience in landscaping projects. The role involves preparing detailed landscape and irrigation drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring the accuracy of designs. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, along with a strong attention to detail. Candidates must reside in the UAE and be available for immediate joining.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven drafting experience in landscaping projects within the UAE/GCC.
• Background in any landscaping companies in the GCC.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed landscape and irrigation shop drawings.
• Interpret landscape design drawings and convert them into CAD drawings.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed landscape and irrigation shop drawings sections and details as per project specifications and standards.
• Interpret landscape design drawings and convert them into accurate and executable CAD drawings.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on site modifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure compliance with design and project requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation.
• Conduct site visits when necessary to gather information or verify drawings.
• Maintain proper documentation of all drawing files and revisions.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven drafting experience in landscaping projects within the UAE/GCC.
• Background in any landscaping companies in the GCC.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software; knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus.
• Good understanding of landscape elements including softscape, hardscape, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality work within deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Available for immediate joining.
