• Develop innovative design concepts for both interior and landscape projects.
• Create and present mood boards, 3D renderings, and detailed design proposals.
• Prepare working drawings, layouts, and material selections.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, site engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure designs align with project budgets, schedules, and regulations.
• Conduct site visits for design implementation and provide on-site guidance.
• Prepare tender packages and assist with BOQs and specifications.
