We are looking for Kitchen Steward – Staff Accommodation Dining Service to join an exciting project coming to the UAE. The first-ever casino will be opening its doors in 2026.

Currently, we are recruiting teams for the staff accommodation dining facilities.

Position: Kitchen Steward – Staff Accommodation Dining Service
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (110km north of Dubai)
Availability: July 2026
Interview Mode: Online interviews scheduled for February 2026

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas, including ovens, stovetops, floors, and ceilings.
• Use, handle, and store cleaning chemicals correctly.
• Remove and dispose of kitchen garbage.
• Perform duties assigned by the Steward Team Leader and Supervisor.
• Interact professionally and positively with department and company employees, management, and contractors.
• Attend departmental and interdepartmental meetings and share relevant information.
• Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communication.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
• Remain well-mannered, well-groomed, and hygienic at all times, in accordance with department and company standards.
• Follow health and safety standards and strive for continuous improvement to prevent health and injury hazards.
• Participate in the company-recycling program and maintain strict discipline to reduce, reuse, and recycle wherever possible.

Requirements

• The minimum educational qualification required is completion of secondary school; higher academic credentials are considered an asset.
• 1-year previous experience in a 5-star hotel industry or integrated resort is preferred.
• Knowledge of the correct use, handling, and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
