Role & responsibilities

A candidate must be aware of Troubleshooting and maintenance of

Hot Equipment:- Combi oven, cooking range, grills, fryers mixer grinders, tilting pan, tabletop grills, slicer machine, Heavy duty rotary and Deck oven, Dishwasher, pizza oven, hi speed oven etc.

Cold Equipment:- Chillers, Freezers, Blast chiller/freezers, Ice cream machines, Deep freezers, Cold room, Super freezers etc.

Preferred candidate profile
  • Ability to check the wiring diagrams for easy diagnosis.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing equipment issues, diagnosing problems, and performing repairs on-site or in a workshop
  • Performing routine maintenance, including cleaning, inspecting, and testing equipment to prevent breakdowns
  • Ability to check the spare parts list and identify the required spare parts.
  • Ensuring equipment safety and efficiency, meeting health and safety standards
  • Responding to service calls, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining accurate records of service activities and repairs
  • Staying up to date with new technologies and equipment developments
  • Time management and organization, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple service calls
  • Customer service skills, communicating effectively with clients and providing excellent service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the job (e.g., lifting, bending, working in tight spaces)
  • Electrical and mechanical basic knowledge.
