We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Equipment Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of commercial kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands‑on experience managing site activities and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial kitchen equipment
• Lead, manage, and motivate the technical team to ensure efficient operations
• Conduct site visits to assess requirements and monitor ongoing projects
• Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and safety standards are met
• Plan and manage team schedules, duty rosters, and workload allocation
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare basic reports and updates using computer systems

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment (hot & cold equipment)

Proven ability to manage and technical teams

Experience with site visits and project execution

Good computer skills (MS Office, reporting, scheduling)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory

Preferred:

• Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or catering industry
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites
