Kitchen Assistants | Dubai | New Opening Restaurant

We’re looking for enthusiastic and hardworking KITCHEN ASSISTANTS to join the opening team of a new restaurant in Dubai. This is a chance to be part of something special from day one, gaining hands-on experience and directly supporting the culinary team as they build the kitchen from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with ingredient preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and organizing ingredients for the culinary team.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene by washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring all areas are organized and tidy.
• Perform general kitchen duties such as stocking supplies, unpacking deliveries, taking out trash, and rotating inventory.
• Follow instructions from senior chefs to support a smooth and efficient kitchen workflow
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with a good understanding of verbal communication.
• Must possess a valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for travel and visa processing.
• An eager willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
• An enthusiastic attitude and a cooperative, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Salary Package:

• AED 2 700 – 3 000 CTC
• Joining flights and visa

Salary breakdown:

• 60% Basic Salary
• 30% Accommodation
• 10% Transport allowance
