Kids Club Manager

As a Kids Club Manager, you are the charismatic leader in an exciting and energetic environment, guiding a dynamic team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What you will be doing

• Take care of resource planning, manage your team and support your team's development
• Ensure that all service standards are being followed in a friendly manner
• Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained
• Focus on guest feedback and continuously work to improve guest satisfaction scores
• Coordinate and respond to all childcare inquiries related to the hotel children’s club via telephone, email and in person
• Plan and deliver an exciting weekly entertainment and activity program using imaginative ideas for special promotions
• Think outside the box and use proactive ideas for possible new initiatives to attract new business
• First Aid procedures and Fire Safety in place
• Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and with other departments

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in a reputed Hotel / Resort
• Background in Kids Entertainment / Adventure / Education
• Relevant certifications / qualifications desired for the role
• Proven ability to build and maintain excellent guest relations
• Service-focused personality with a proactive approach and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead by example and drive team success
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
