Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kids Club Assistant located in Abu Dhabi. The Kids Club Assistant will be responsible for organizing and supervising activities for children, ensuring their safety and well-being, and providing a fun and engaging environment. Duties also include planning and executing age-appropriate programs, maintaining a clean and safe play area, and communicating with parents and guardians about their child's activities and progress. Also covering kids club reception duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in child care, early childhood education, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and organize activities for children
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus
• Creativity and problem-solving skills
• Patience and ability to manage groups of children
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
