Job summary

A leading consumer commerce platform in Dubai is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage relationships with top marketplace sellers. You will support sellers in developing their platform presence, exceed performance targets, and monitor market conditions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.

The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. Noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done. noon’s mission: Ring every doorbell, every day.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage end to end relationship and performance for top marketplace sellers in your portfolio.
  • Help & train sellers to develop on the platform, by adding more Selection, expanding categories and improving sales.
  • Exceed your targets for selection, pricing, seller/brand acquisition and Seller performance metrics.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and prepare our sellers to outperform.
  • Plan and Manage promotions.
  • Understand and resolve seller issues by working with internal and external teams.
  • Understand Category dynamics, seasonality, new launches and keep up to date on market trends.
  • Benchmark competitors – online/offline and fill supply gap at competitive prices.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field.
  • Arabic speakers preferred; not mandatory.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Great people skills and ability to communicate constructive (negative) feedback.
  • Problem solving capabilities to create strategies to improve support quality.
  • Excellent English and Arabic verbal & written skills.
  • Ability to work with little supervision, take responsibility and get the task done.
  • Have a good knowledge in MS office and presentation skills.
