Ensure that the company fulfils its service and performance standards as per agreed service level agreements
Manage key accounts expectations and work with internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent quality customer experience.
Partner with the customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions to the key accounts to ensure service excellence
Participate in Customer Relationship Management activities and initiatives to improve business relationships customer retention and new businesses from existing customers with the objective of driving revenue from the respective key accounts Participate in Key Accounts RFQs.
To resolve disputes and service issues effectively and amicably.
Collaborate across departments and work in partnership with Commercial and Operations teams to deliver logistics solutions and achieve service and operational excellence.
