Summary

KAYALI is looking for a talented and detail‑oriented Digital Designer to join the Design team. This designer will take the lead in creating and delivering high‑impact digital design assets across paid media, e‑commerce, social media, and other online platforms. The role requires a balance of creativity, technical skill, and a strong understanding of digital‑first design to help us communicate our brand in innovative and visually compelling ways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver a wide range of digital assets across paid media (static and animated banners), e‑commerce (homepage banners, promotional graphics), social media (Instagram posts/stories, YouTube thumbnails, LinkedIn graphics), and CRM/Email Marketing (newsletters, headers, signatures).
  • Create clear, visually engaging infographics for PDPs that highlight product features, benefits, and usage in a consumer‑friendly way.
  • Adapt assets to different formats, sizes, and audiences.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Social teams to bring campaigns to life with eye‑catching design.
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and digital best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality work on time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with a focus on digital assets.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects.
  • Understanding of digital advertising formats, responsive design, and platform‑specific requirements.
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience with AI design and video generator tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
  • Motion graphics / video editing experience is a plus.
