A growing HR firm in Dubai is seeking a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment process. Qualifications

In this role, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process and help attract top talent to our organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with posting job openings across job boards and social platforms
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support employer branding initiatives and career events
  • Assist with onboarding activities and new‑hire documentation
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings when required
