Job summary

A fast-growing beverage solutions distributor in the UAE is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to drive sales across cafes and HORECA outlets. Role Overview

We are hiring a Junior Sales Executive to drive sales growth across cafés, coffee shops, and casual HORECA outlets in Dubai and nearby emirates. This role is ideal for candidates from a barista or café background who have transitioned into sales and possess a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively visit cafés and coffee shops to promote and sell premium beverage products (Matcha, plant-based milk, etc.).
  • Identify, target, and onboard new café accounts across the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with café owners, managers, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, tastings, and basic sales presentations.
  • Manage follow-ups, orders, and customer feedback efficiently.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and outlet onboarding goals.
  • Represent the brand professionally and consistently in the market.
