Job description

• To prepare daily observations report.
• Coordinate and support the project team in implementing the HSSE Policies Plans & Procedures in line with Local Rules and Guidelines.
• To prepare weekly HSSE report.
• To prepare Monthly HSSE and MIS report.
• To update KPI data from different projects.
• To do Bi-weekly HSSE Walkthrough report.
• To conduct welfare facilities inspection office inspection Safety harness inspection store inspection fire extinguisher inspection.
• Provide adequate and appropriate control measure(s) for taking proactive action(s) to prevent all kinds of Hazard and Risk associated with it.
• Coordinate incident/accident/near miss investigation & ensure adequate measures are being taken/implemented for preventive measures.
• Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed precisely.
• Identify new innovative ideas to improve the safety culture and standards of the organization.
• Conduct Morning Assembly and communicate relevant topics to work force.
• Enhance the safety performances by regular inspection training conducting awareness programs & gap analysis and by implementing work permit procedures.
• Monitor HSSE performance of on-site workers to determine the HSSE knowledge and enhance the morale of the team.
• Responsible for the investigation and review of significant accidents incidents complaints and environmental aspects and the identification of solutions for preventive measures.
• Participate in all pre-job planning activities for high exposure potential operation.
• TR HSSE induction should be carried out for the new joiners & subcontractors.
• All trainings should be carried out as per the training calendar.
• Coordinate with all internal and external contractors for work permits requirements and issuance.
• Providing support to line managers in implementation ensuring compliance with legislation and continuously improving performance of these areas.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for work permits inside the premises.
• Conduct daily and monthly HSSE Meetings/Trainings and schedule as needed.
• Support and coordinate with the Security activities.
