Job description

• Ensure the HSE standards are being followed in projects through regular safety inspection.
• Coordinate and support the project team in implementing the HSE Policies Plans & Procedures inline with Local Rules and Guidelines.
• Ensure precise submission of all HSE reports and completion of targets.
• Coordinate the internal external training & assessment and ensure 3rd party certification is being done as per the standards.
• Provide adequate and appropriate control measure(s) for taking proactive action(s) to prevent all kind of Hazard and Risk associated with it.
• Coordinate incident/accident/nearmiss investigation & ensure adequate measures are being taken/implemented for preventive measures.
• Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed precisely.
• Identify new innovative ideas to improve the safety culture and standards of the organization.
• Conduct Morning Assembly and communicate relevant topics to workforce.
• Enhance the safety performances by regular inspection training conducting awareness programs & gap analysis and by implementing work permit procedures.
• enhance the morale of the team.
• Responsible for the investigation and review of significant accidents incidents complaints and environmental aspects and the identification of solutions for preventive measures.
• Participate in all pre-job planning activities for high exposure potential operation.
• Assuring appointed contractors have management systems for effective control of health and safety.
• Providing support to line managers in implementation ensuring compliance with legislation and continuously improving performance of these areas.
• Conduct daily and monthly HSSE Meetings/Trainings and schedule as needed.
• Ensuring management of assets and systems complies with health and safety requirements.
• Identify new innovative ideas to improve the safety culture and standards of the organization.
