What You'll Do
  • Update Client Money: Update client’s digital wallets for deposits received in the bank statement and process withdrawal requests from clients and update clients’ wallets on a real-time basis, liaising with client relations for any discrepancies or clarifications, along with reconciliations thereof.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with Client Relations team/External Payment Service Providers/Banks for day-to-day engagements.
  • Manage Payment Requests: Process multiple payment requests from various property accounts and inter-group companies and update the entries from the bank statements to Property Accounts for accurate cash position.
  • Dividend Statements: Assist in preparation of monthly property dividend statements for short-term and long-term tenancy contracts on a timely basis.
  • Ad-hoc Reporting & Reconciliations: Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as required by management, and perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts and property accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with other finance team members to accomplish the overall Finance Team objectives.
What We're Looking For
  • Fresh finance graduate or up to 1-2 years of experience in UAE’s fintech industry with attention to detail.
  • A self-starter and quick learner who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate tax is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrates strong problem solving and analytical skills to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
  • Location: Must be based in Dubai; this is an on-site role with a 30-day availability to join.
