About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Sustainability Consultant to join ERM’s growing team in the UAE. This entry‑level position is ideal for a fresh graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in sustainability, renewable energy, and environmental policy in the GCC region.

The role offers exposure to a wide range of sectors, including renewable energy, finance, industrial, and technology, providing an excellent foundation for building a long‑term consulting career.

Key Responsibilities
Research & Policy Analysis
  • Conduct research on environmental, social, and sustainability regulations within the UAE and across the GCC.
  • Support the assessment and application of UAE and GCC sustainability policies that may impact ERM’s clients.
  • Maintain awareness of evolving national and regional regulatory frameworks.
  • Assist in reviewing environmental, health & safety (EHS), and social data sets provided by clients to help identify trends and support strategic decision‑making.
  • Contribute to the preparation of high‑quality deliverables for client engagements.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary consultants to support a variety of sustainability and ESG‑related projects.
About You (Profile)
  • Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Economics, or a related field with environmental focus
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret regulatory and technical information.
  • English and Arabic speaking
  • Comfortable working with data and presenting information clearly.
  • Motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn within a global consulting environment.
